Return addresses will be provided on a case-by-case basis for security reasons and because the return address may vary depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.  Replacements and returns are handled by our manufacturing partners and vary worldwide depending on the manufacturing location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred for international shipments. Surgeon’s Reflection is not liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping.
