Surgeon’s Reflection Return and Refund Policy

Surgeon’s Reflection is committed to providing a transparent and reliable return and refund process that complies with international laws. Below are the detailed guidelines for our policies to ensure your satisfaction.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To qualify for a return, the item must:

    • It must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).

    • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at support@surgeonsreflection.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • For international customers, ensure compliance with your country’s return regulations. Contact us for guidance if needed.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, Surgeon’s Reflection will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for general returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse).


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@surgeonsreflection.com with your full name, contact information, order number, and reason for the return. Please include your full name, contact information, and a clear description of your concern in your message. For security reasons and to protect against scams and phishing, we are unable to respond to inquiries that do not provide this information.

  2. If approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible cases) and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Retain proof of return shipping (e.g., tracking number).

  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the status within 3-5 business days.

  6. Important: Return addresses will be provided on a case-by-case basis for security reasons and because the return address may vary depending on the nature of our print-on-demand (POD) business. Different manufacturers handle returns in areas where products are produced and manufactured.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

  • Refund timing depends on your payment provider’s processing speed (bank or credit card).

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please get in touch with us.

  • Refunds for items missing components or damaged (unless defective) may be partially refunded.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items).


Damages and Defects

  • Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers may choose between a replacement, refund, or store credit for damaged or defective items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exceptions and Regional Compliance

  • European Union Customers: Customers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they can cancel or return orders for any reason. The item must meet return eligibility requirements.

  • Items returned outside of eligibility requirements (e.g., beyond 30 days, damaged without valid reason) may be rejected. Customers will be notified, and items can be reshipped at their expense.


Rejected Returns

  • If a return is sent back without meeting eligibility requirements, customers will be notified. Rejected items can be reshipped at the customer’s expense or disposed of if no response is received within 7 business days.


Lost or Delayed Returns

  • If a return shipment is lost or delayed in transit, customers must provide proof of return shipping (e.g., tracking number). Our team will work with the courier to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement without valid proof.


Digital and Downloadable Products

  • Digital items are non-refundable unless they are defective or inaccessible due to technical issues.

  • To qualify for a refund, items purchased as part of a bundle or promotion must be returned as a complete set.
